Three days of intense track action at Monteblanco in southern Spain has resulted in 14 riders being invited to join the 2011 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. Riders from across the globe, from the Americas to South Africa, New Zealand and Malaysia to all over Europe had taken the Road to Rookies Cup and congregated for a fabulous experience in beautiful sunshine.

It shows a very skilled rider performing a 3km wheelie during the 2.26 minutes video on the Beemer in South Africa. Looking at it, you’re not too far off if suspecting this guy can go like this forever and ever as long as there’s no traffic and the road is nice and straight.

WSB Report: Double Triumph For Ducati Xerox At Kyalami

Noriyuki Haga and Michel Fabrizio made it a triumphant day for Ducati Xerox in the sixth round of the Hannspree FIM Superbike World Championship at Kyalami. On the championship’s return to South Africa for the first time in seven years, 53,000 spectators witnessed two 1-2 wins for the Japanese rider and his Italian team-mate. It was a day of misfortune once again for Ben Spies (Yamaha World Superbike), who had to retire in race 2 after claiming a podium in the first encounter.
