Donald Makes TT History With 131mph Lap

Relentless Suzuki rider Cameron Donald tonight added his name to the Isle of Man TT history books, recording the first ever 131mph lap around the famous 37.73-mile circuit on his GSX–R1000 Superbike. Donald had increased his personal best to 129mph from a standing start during Thursday night’s practice, but the Melbourne lad’s flying lap followed later in the session, making him the current King of Mountain.

Yukio Defies The Pain Barrier To Qualify 13th!

Team Suzuki Alstare Brux rider Yukio Kagayama ignored the pain from two broken bones in his right foot and ankle to qualify a tremendous 13th in Superpole qualifying at Miller Motorsport Park today. Yesterday evening’s visit to the hospital in Tooele, revealed broken bones in his right heel and ankle and he was advised not to race this weekend

Fabrizio Earns Front Row Spot on Tomorrow’s Grid at Miller

Michel Fabrizio and Noriyuki Haga (Ducati Xerox) this afternoon took part in an entertaining Superpole session at Miller Motorsport park, with the onset of rain mid-way through the session causing extra excitement. Michel remained strong in each of the three mini-Superpole sessions, to snatch a valuable place on tomorrow’s front row, in fourth position.

In the First Free Practice Canepa Fourteenth And Kallio Seventeenth

First our of practice at Mugello circuit for the MotoGP riders. Niccolò Canepa, Pramac Racing Rider, was in tenth position after half of the session with really interesting lap times, but a light bottomland made him slip losing bike one.
