He is known as the Texas Terror and if you look at the stats from his Superbike riding career you will see that it is a nickname that is very apt. Spies terrorised his opposition into a state of submission as he amassed three back to back AMA superbike titles, before moving across the pond to take on the Worlds best Superbike riders on a machine that was new and completely alien to anything he had ridden before, on tracks that were new and despite all of this he managed to amassed a record number of pole positions within one calendar season and 14 race victories

Returning to the Isle of Man for her second year of competition at the World famous TT races, Jenny Tinmouth surpassed her existing female lap record during the Superstock TT, and then turned up the wick even further during the final lap of the Senior TT to record a stunning lap averaging 119.945mph!!!

The racing season might be over but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a lot of news floating around the various news boards speculating about updates to the paddocks and series that will run in 2010. The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and their president Vito Ippolito have been very busy working on a number of changes that will be implemented over the course of the next twelve months and have also released a number of statements which has rocked the motorcycle industry to its very foundations.
