Hannspree Ten Kate Honda’s Carlos Checa today earned himself a provisional front row starting position for Sunday’s two seventh round World Superbike championship races - Kenan Sofuoglu and Andrew Pitt set the fourth and fifth fastest times in today’s free practice session in preparation for Sunday’s seventh round World Supersport championship race at Miller Motorsports Park near Salt Lake City in the USA.
