Two Thousandths of a Second Between Troy and Superpole!

After a difficult Friday and not so easy Saturday, Troy was on course for getting into Superpole qualifying, until a red flag came out on his hot lap right at the end of final qualifying. Haga’s fall caused the red flag, less than three minutes from the end of qualifying, and although the session was restarted, Troy did not have enough time to go any faster.

The best qualifying sessions of the year for the official Ninja ZX-10R riders put Broc Parkes seventh and Jamie Hacking eighth for Sunday’s 21-lap World Superbike races. Joan Lascorz took his first career pole position in WSS racing at Miller Motorsports Park, securing a new best lap of 1’51.749 on his way to the best grid slot for Sunday’s 18-lap race.

KTM’s British GP: Nagl Confident Ahead of Sunday’s MX1 - Musquin on pole for MX2

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Max Nagl said he was confident ahead of Sunday’s British GP after a solid fourth place in Saturday’s qualifying at the Mallory Park circuit. Marvin Musquin, the latest recruit to the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing led the field in the MX2 qualifying race on Saturday at Britain’s Mallory Park to secure his first pole while riding for the Orange team.

Laverty Scorches to Second on the Grid

Parkalgar Honda ace Eugene Laverty was one of only two riders to dip under the 1m 52sec barrier in qualifying for the seventh round of the World Supersport Championship at Miller Motorsports Park in the US, taking second on the grid.

Yukio Defies The Pain Barrier To Qualify 13th!

Team Suzuki Alstare Brux rider Yukio Kagayama ignored the pain from two broken bones in his right foot and ankle to qualify a tremendous 13th in Superpole qualifying at Miller Motorsport Park today. Yesterday evening’s visit to the hospital in Tooele, revealed broken bones in his right heel and ankle and he was advised not to race this weekend

Fabrizio Earns Front Row Spot on Tomorrow’s Grid at Miller

Michel Fabrizio and Noriyuki Haga (Ducati Xerox) this afternoon took part in an entertaining Superpole session at Miller Motorsport park, with the onset of rain mid-way through the session causing extra excitement. Michel remained strong in each of the three mini-Superpole sessions, to snatch a valuable place on tomorrow’s front row, in fourth position.
